Sydney Street Choir wishes you a heART-felt time!

This year the Sydney Street Choir is planning to record their 3rd CD of original music, and to create a new theatrical musical play! The choir has been performing in Sydney and around Australia for 7 years.

Perhaps you would like to take the opportunity to support this non-profit community organisation in this very unique place in their history? The only way the choir can continue to sing is through the generosity of people supporting us.

Tax Deductible donations of $1,000, $500, $300, or $100 are most welcome.  If you’d rather give us a different amount that would be fantastic too. Donations cover the general costs of keeping the choir singing as well as raising the funds for future tours.

In 09, the choir performed their original theatrical musical production, Home is where the heART is, based on choir members personal journeys from the brink to the light, at Belvoir St Theatre! They toured their original music around Sydney and to Wollongong and Grafton!

In 08, The Sydney Street Choir was awarded runner up for the Best Program for the Disadvantaged at the Music in Communities Awards 2008. They performed at World Youth Day 2008 in front of an estimated 150,000 people, Toured NT, Albury, and Newcastle, sharing a stage with Leo Sayer, Ricki-Lee, Vanessa Amorosi, Diesel, Rick Price, Cafe Of The Gate Of Salvation, Ngukurr Songmen, Bagot Indigenous Women's Choir, Isaac from Bagot, Harold Daly-Waters Band and the children from AIM Church, Mutitjulu Lutheran Congregational Women's Choir,

ISSC has performed on stage with Frank Ifield, Normie Rowe, Little Pattie, Aqua Luna Choir, The Stampadowns, The Honeybees, MT Hands, Darwin Chorale, Ruby Hunter, Paul Grabowsky, Australian Art Orchestra, Katherine Community Choir, the students of Tennant Creek High School, Harrison (Original SSC member from 2001), Eco Brian from Alice Springs, Asante Sana Choir, Ntaria Womens' Choir, Albury Sing Australia Choir, Milk Crate Theatre, Jonathon Welch, Chris Joannou, Jeremy Brennan, Rachel Kohn,  Angry Anderson, and St Mary's Cathedral Boys and Girls Choirs.
