02:05 03/13/23Took our Liebherr Fridge there to be fixed in February 2022. It’s now March 2023 and still no result even though it’s an insurance job and all. Correspondence has been very lacking, apologies made but no updates until January this year saying the part has finally been fitted and under constant watch to make sure it doesn’t fail. Originally scheduled between 3 and 5pm, he called to let me know he would be available earlier if it worked for me, which it did, and when he arrived he was very courteous, getting to work right away. Within minutes he had determined what the problem with my washing machine was and provided a reasonable quote for the repair costs, and in just over an hour he had completed his work and ensured that the problem was indeed resolved! His promptness, thoroughness, and overall friendly demeanor put this relatively new homeowner at ease, and I will now only ever turn to APS when in need of assistance. 11:35 07/25/22Booked a service, they arrived on time and thought they fixed the fault ( a piece of glass in the impeller). However, mentioned that they may need to take back to there work shop to check if fault continues. We used over the weekend, fault appeared again, came out the next day to pick up. Took away, returned the dishwasher at our requested date/ time, re -installed totally fixed and working. The quality of service, price and cleanliness of Vincent ( technician/ installer) was a credit to both him and the company. 05:45 05/24/22We live in strange times when businesses usually brush you off when older part is needed. I didn't hold my breath when calling ASA Appliances as I know how majority of business work nowadays. I was looking for small parts for my Bissel (older model) as I lost during my moving from one place to another. It would render my machine ready to be placed in junk. Imagine my surprise when I was told they will check if part is still available. Please note - it takes time and effort for not really a huge income or nearly none for people who run business. Usually business brush you off saying 'or machine is too old'. Yet I received message with images which part is missing to chose and they spend time to search for it on my behalf. Today I got notification they were able to to order for me parts. If I ever need repairs I know they would put the same efforts to find issue and work on repairs. The communication from very start was outstanding ( Helen). I can see old fashioned ways business used to be where everything wasn't always about just profits. It was about customer relationship and ethics. I am seriously very much impressed. In no time I felt like I am unwanted customer who waste time...as this wasn't huge $$$ for that part. I wish there were more businesses run like ASA based on principles of GREAT SERVICE and great product knowledge....If you live close enough to ASA and can drive there with your appliance problems I am pretty sure you will be in right hands. Read other reviews. I honestly wish I lived closed by.....as we all need something to be repair, or maintain from time to time. 10:47 02/28/23I was happy to be seen very quickly as my kitchen drains were blocked.I didn't realise that one person comes out to give you a quote and then they book the job for the tradesperson to do the job.(Luckily it was all done in a day) but they could have communicated this better.It took 30 mins @ $570- Inc the first guy that came out.but it left me with atleast 2hours of cleaning the mess that was left. Unfortunetly the valve was left on as the guy went out to turn the pump on from outside and the 6000psi pressure made a mess.I wasn't too concerned as I mentioned to the guy as it could be cleaned up (he felt terrible)...the issue was that it filled underneath my kitchen cabinets and I had to smash out our kickboards to make sure all that spew smelling slosh was all removed.....So now we have to replace them. Called Smartfix and they had some one around in 30 minutes to assess the situation. Fast, efficient and friendly service, they were able to book me an appointment for 10am the same morning. Nathan and Jai arrived an hour earlier than expected, and had everything done within 2.5 hours. Extremely impressed with the quality of work done and their excellent customer service. Would highly recommend their business and will definitely use them again in the future.EDIT had to get Smartfix to return as the hot water system was playing up after the recent mains board upgrade.
