Awesome, friendly service. We have a Reebok ZR12 Machine that was giving an E6 error messages when switched on. After an initial call out, the main board was found to be at fault and a replacement board was sourced locally within a week. Advice for how to look after the machine (maintenance) was given and the costs to have it repaired were reasonable. Will be calling again if anything else goes wrong with the treadmill in the future.

Very disappointed, arranged for him to come out to fix my Treadmill Monday, he text Sunday afternoon to move appointment to Tuesday, I replied to acknowledge and ask to clarify time it will take, never returned my text, so I called and sent a second text & didn’t bother responding to me or turning up as planned – a waste of my time and energy!

Had originally contacted Technical Fitness intending to get my magnetic rower repaired, but was advised that the cost of repair may equal the price of the machine. I was satisfied with their reply, but Shane went above and beyond to give me a call regarding what model I could replace my current rower with. He had even sent an email for the 2 rowers he recommends with advice on the level of maintenance required, and skill level suited for either rower! Really impressed with the level of service Tecfit have provided, if I ever need a service or repair for my next rower, will be coming back to them 👍

Sam was a fantastic help. I got a second hand treadmill for free and was going to repair it. Sam however advised to throw it away as it was a very bad motor and not worth fixing. I asked him for advice on a value for money model and he went out of his way to even send me a link to a treadmill on marketplace. I ended up picking up the treadmill for free and I now have a $1500 treadmill that works perfectly with no work required to it. Thank you Sam you are amazing, honest and I will definitely refer you to others. If only you had a brother who was a mechanic, then life would be bliss.
